These events foster dialogue, strategic value, and networking. With experience at Arthur Andersen, Equity Office Properties, and AON, Dan’s passion for financial innovation led him to found TreaSolution, a consultancy focused on fintech, treasury, training, and event production. He’s a recognized educator, teaching Northwestern’s CTP course and delivering over 150 presentations on fintech and leadership.

Aaron Prater is the Chief Operating Officer at Tri City National Bank where he leads Deposit and Loan Operations, Customer Care, Regulatory Compliance, BSA/AML, Fraud, Information Security, and Application Services. He specializes in the development and execution of transformational strategies to create efficiency and transparency, drive growth, and mitigate risk.  His experience across global fintech with FIS, credit unions at Alloya CFCU, and now community banking at Tri City gives Aaron a unique perspective on right-sized program design, strategic planning, and effective governance and communication of enterprise risk organization-wide.  Aaron holds a BA in Economics from The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with advanced coursework in Enterprise Risk Management from The Risk Management Association, Mortgage Bankers Association at University of Maryland, and The New York Institute of Finance.
