Mollie will moderate Peer-to-Peer: Real-Time Payments: Implementation, Risk & ROI, bringing financial institution leaders together to exchange perspectives on one of the most important developments in the payments landscape.
In her role at Federal Reserve Financial Services, Mollie is responsible for cultivating relationships among industry leaders to help drive advancements in the U.S. payment system. She leads industry feedback and collaboration opportunities that inform strategic initiatives across FRFS, which serves more than 9,000 financial institutions nationwide.
Mollie’s work is focused on driving broad payment improvements and instant payment adoption. She has successfully facilitated industry work groups, built educational programs, and developed impactful industry events, giving her extensive experience bringing financial services professionals together around the challenges and opportunities affecting payments.
She joined the Federal Reserve in 2017 and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a master’s degree in economics and policy analysis from DePaul University.
At the U.S. BankTech Summit, Mollie will guide a peer-to-peer discussion on the practical considerations surrounding real-time payment adoption. FedNow and RTP are transforming how institutions handle money movement, but implementation involves important technical and operational complexities.
Participants will exchange strategies for infrastructure readiness, fraud prevention, and customer onboarding while examining how banks are aligning real-time payment adoption with broader digital goals.
