Converge Events – Awards Program Terms and Conditions

Converge Events reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any awards program at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection as a finalist or recipient. All nominations are subject to eligibility verification and review by an appointed judging panel. Converge Events is not responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, ineligible, or inaccurate submissions for any reason, including technical issues.

Award recipients must be available to attend the associated Converge Events conference to receive their award in person. Specific event dates and locations will be communicated in advance. Each winning organization will receive two complimentary VIP registrations to the corresponding event. Awards are non-transferable and have no cash value. All other expenses, including travel and lodging, are the sole responsibility of the award recipient.

By submitting a nomination, entrants grant Converge Events an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted materials, including names, logos, and descriptions, for promotional and commercial purposes related to the awards program and affiliated events. This includes, but is not limited to, event programming, press releases, websites, marketing collateral, social media, and email campaigns. Entrants represent and warrant that all submitted content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

Final award decisions are made at the sole discretion of Converge Events. The judging process will be conducted in good faith, but all decisions are final and not subject to review, appeal, or challenge. Converge Events reserves the right to revoke awards if any submitted information is found to be false or misleading, or if a recipient fails to comply with these terms.

Converge Events assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to participation in the awards program or the use of any promotional materials associated with it. Participation in the awards constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
