U.S. BankTech Summit Welcomes Digital Experience Leader Warren Pattison

Warren Pattison, Vice President of Digital Experience at PSECU, joins the 2026 U.S. BankTech Summit for a peer-to-peer discussion on digital customer experience, AI, personalization, and customer engagement.

As digital banking continues to evolve, financial institutions are rethinking how customers interact with their services, from opening an account to managing everyday financial activities. Creating experiences that are simple, convenient, and consistent across channels has become an important priority for banks and credit unions seeking to strengthen engagement and loyalty.

Warren Pattison, Vice President of Digital Experience at PSECU, will join the 2026 U.S. BankTech Summit as a participant in the peer-to-peer discussion, “The Next Phase of Digital CX.”

The conference will take place December 7 to 9, 2026, in Oak Brook, Illinois, bringing together banking executives, technology leaders, and financial services professionals to explore emerging technologies, digital transformation, and strategies for improving customer experiences.

At PSECU, Warren leads teams responsible for digital interactions across member acquisition, onboarding, and digital banking. His work focuses on simplifying access to financial services, improving usability, and delivering convenient, innovative digital experiences.

With more than 15 years of experience building and leading digital innovation teams, Warren brings a background in financial services technology and customer experience.

Before joining PSECU, he served as General Manager of Digital Servicing at Alliant Credit Union, where his responsibilities centered on digital service delivery.

He previously held the position of Vice President of Emerging Technology and Innovation at United Federal Credit Union and served in marketing leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase.

These experiences have given Warren a perspective on how financial institutions can connect technology, customer needs, and business objectives to create more effective digital experiences.

Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He has also completed executive education programs in financial technology at Cornell University and innovation management at Northwestern University.

The U.S. BankTech Summit is pleased to welcome Warren to its 2026 speaker lineup. His experience across digital banking, emerging technology, and customer engagement will contribute a practical perspective to conversations about improving digital experiences.

Warren will participate in “Peer-to-Peer: The Next Phase of Digital CX,” a discussion focused on how banks are responding to rising expectations for speed, personalization, and convenience.

As customers interact with financial institutions through mobile applications, online banking platforms, contact centers, and physical locations, maintaining a consistent experience across channels is becoming increasingly important.

The session will explore how banks are working to deliver more seamless digital experiences while using data and artificial intelligence to improve engagement and strengthen customer loyalty.

Participants will exchange perspectives on the opportunities and challenges involved in personalizing customer interactions, connecting digital channels, and aligning technology investments with evolving expectations.

Warren’s experience overseeing digital acquisition, onboarding, and banking experiences at PSECU aligns closely with these themes. His focus on usability and simplifying digital interactions offers a practical perspective on how financial institutions can improve the customer journey.

For banking leaders, the next phase of digital customer experience involves more than introducing new features. It requires understanding customer needs, reducing friction, and ensuring that technology supports meaningful, convenient interactions.

We look forward to welcoming Warren and fellow financial services leaders to the 2026 U.S. BankTech Summit for conversations about the future of digital banking and customer experience.
